Started by Lloyd Ellis and his sons in 1954, owned and operated by Rihann Koekemoer since 2019, Ellis Butchers lies at the heart of the Fleurieu Peninsula's rich food culture. 

The McLaren Vale region is home to some of South Australia's most renowned restaurants. We pride ourselves in the fact that we provide a bespoke butchering service to some of the best chefs in South Australia. Our meats can be found at d'Arry's Verandah at d'Arenberg, The Salopian Inn, Maxwell’s Restaurant, The Currant Shed, The Victory Hotel, Coriole and several more. We are proud to be part of the Fleurieu community and work hand-in-hand with local farmers to source as much locally as we can.
